Types Of ETA Visa

There are 2 basic types of ETA Visa
* Visitor/Tourist ETA Visa
* Business ETA Visa

Whilst the Business ETA is self explanitory, the Visitor/Tourist ETA visa can be expanded to also include Family members, Travel and Short Holiday visa applications.

Visitor / Tourist Visa

Family ETA Visa
If you are visiting Australia with any number of family members and the time is less than 3 months, and if you are from an eligible country, you may apply here for an ETA for each family member wishing to travel with you, you can apply here for the Visitor/Tourist ETA.

Visitor ETA Visa
If you are visiting Australia to see friends or relatives, and if you are from an eligible country, and you wish to stay from a few days and up to three months on each visit within a twelve month period, you can apply here for the Visitor/Tourist ETA.

Tourist ETA Visa
If you wist to travel around Australia or just with 1 or several States within Australia, this qualifies you as well under the Tourist ETA description.

You can stay for up to 3 months on each visit within a twelve month period, you can apply here for the Visitor/Tourist ETA.

Short Holiday ETA Visa
Want to come to a specific city or other location in Australia for a short holiday such as a fishing trip or exhibition ?

If you are travelling to Australia regardless of whether you wish to travel or visit people, you may also be entitled to the Visitor/Tourist visa under the Tourist qualification.

TOURIST CONDITION
To apply for and receive this visa, you must apply as a Tourist.

For example, you may wish to come to any city in Australia such as Sydney or Cairns and simply relax and go fishing. This also qualifies for the short stay Tourist visa. You can stay up to three months on each visit within a twelve month period, you can apply here for the Visitor/Tourist ETA.

Business ETA Visa

The Australian Business ETA Visa

This is also known as the Short Validity Business ETA and is for people conducting business within Australia. It entitles the holder to make multiple visits within 12 months and permits a stay of up to 3 months on each visit.
